11:15 Paul Moers about the influence of the economy on retail and spending in general.

Paul Moers is one of the most prominent marketing experts in the Netherlands. He can be seen and heard offering sharp commentary in the written press and on radio and television. Paul advises companies on their strategy and brand direction and has helped big names such as Interpolis, Makro, Lotto, Hoog Catharijne, Dura Vermeer, Jumbo, De Bijenkorf, etc. to successfully shape their strategy and brand. He knows better than anyone how to motivate companies and their people. During the Efsa General Meeting, Paul will take us on a journey through the spirit of the times and current events of today and what impact this will (or could) have on the future of our industry and how you, as a supplier, can anticipate this.
